Thank you for this. I’ve always found this is folks way of displacing their own discomfort because you’re doing exactly what you want to be doing and they haven’t given themselves permission to be doing whatever they want to be doing.

When they say this to me, I mentally pat them on their head and say “there, there - you’ll get there too one day.” Maybe one day I’ll have the audacity to say it out loud.
